General terms
Guests can pay their programs in Bulgarian leva or in Euro.
VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
All of our rates are per room and include VAT.
All of our rates and programs are subject to change without prior notice.
All of our guests are required to sign a form of forfeiture of claims and dispensation from financial commitments before the beginning of the program.
s our activities are conducted in remote areas, where it is sometimes impossible to provide urgent medical aid, these activities may prove dangerous, so our guests need to declare that they are aware of the risks.
We work with the tour operator MARBIL TOUR, and you will receive all the papers on their behalf.
Our conditions:
It is necessary to pay a deposit of 100 BGN or EUR 50 per person, in order to book your place in the chosen program.
We would advise you to enroll well in advance, since we can accommodate maximum 30 guests of the program LuckyFit. Most of the programs are fully booked in advance and there are waiting lists.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a set of confirmation papers, including a list of things you will need for this vacation, as well as a declaration of regimen fulfillment and medical form, which should be filled in and returned to us until your arrival.
Cancellation policy
Deposits are refundable only until 10 days before the initially booked arrival date, but each guest is charged 50 BGN administrative fee.
After the expiry of the 10 days’ term before the initially booked arrival date, all deposits and amounts paid are non-refundable.
If you must cancel your trip, you may be offered an opportunity to re-book your program within the same season, IF THERE ARE PLACES AVAILABLE, and the total amount paid will be transferred to your new booking.
We do not refund payments and give credits for earlier departure or later arrival for any reasons.
We reserve the right to offer special discounts through our website www.luckyfit.bg
Please, check our special conditions, before you complete your booking. These discounts are not valid in any case, but only for bookings, made through our website.
Upon your request we can arrange transfers to and from Lucky Bansko Aparthotel.
