The programs take place at the luxury Lucky Bansko Aparthotel and amidst the gorgeous nature of three mountains – Pirin, Rila and Rhodopa. The nutritional method and daily regimen were developed by prof. Bozhidar Popov, head of the Department of Hygiene, Medical Ecology and Nutrition of the Medical Faculty in Sofia and chairman of the Bulgarian Scientific Association of Nutrition and Dietetics.
The LuckyFit program offers comfortable and elegant ambience, combined with balanced individual nutritional regimen, a lot of motion activities, such as daily mountain treks, horse riding, water gymnastics, callanetics, fitness, and a variety of SPA programs, including effective combinations of massages, sauna and steam bath.
Lucky Bansko Aparthotel doesn’t lack fun: we organize courses in Latin and folklore dances, excursions to the most interesting attractions in the region (the Dancing bears reserve in Belitsa, the village of Kovatchevitsa or others), and for your spare time we have prepared the newest movies.
